Understanding Manifestation Do you ever wonder how it is possible for you to manifest some things easily, when manifesting others are almost impossible?

fractal-19017_640 ManifestationI believe this is the one major problem we all have who take this seriously, and we do see the results of some great manifestations but not others. Sometimes, when we try to (and really want to) manifest certain things, we go against this very natural law of abundance. Deep within our psyche there is a hidden voice that repeats that we don’t deserve the well-being that is really ours. It is very easy to get caught up in being the victim and although we may believe we are focusing on what we want, we are actually expecting the opposite to happen.

We allow the voice in our head to dictate to us; “Well you didn’t really think you could bring that to you. Like you deserve that in your life!” For many of us this voice is constantly repeating; you may not detect it but it’s there. Feelings are your best indication you are on the right path. When you feel doubtful or anxious you are more than likely in the low energy field. Any diminishing thought that doesn’t bring excitement will not manifest what you want and need in life. When you feel the richness of enthusiasm ringing through your system, you will know that there isn’t resistance. That’s when you will manifest what you are asking for.

Emotional Freedom Techniques

By listening to these negative voices, we are actually preventing good stuff from manifesting because we resonate with negative energy. This energy is not in alignment with what we are asking for. Tapping is one of the great ways to gain confidence, to be in the energy field of allowing. It is called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

EFT is a form of therapeutic massage, this treatment uses tapping technique instead of needles to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points on the energy meridians we have in our bodies. This self-help technique utilizes the principles of psychological acupressure to remove the obstruction to this energy field. Tapping the same meridian points is known to successfully release emotional and physical blockages. These techniques are best used when you feel those negative emotions. We have many hidden voices reeling us in to false beliefs and swaying us from wonderful outcomes in our life, which is a burden if we let this way of thinking control us; this is when we feel completely unhappy with our life. When we are not conscious to the messages that life (the Universe) is showing us, we go through our lives with blinders on, so to speak. This is when we allow anything that comes our way, usually in conflicting conditions and situations as well as the people that we associate with, control our lives.

Once we face the fears that enter our lives we often find that we, ourselves, have made those fear ideas far larger than they actually are. In fact, the fear that objectifies itself into your life can be just as easily extinguished.

Think positive thoughts. If they feel good go with them. Any thoughts that display worry, anxiety, or give you the feeling of emptiness, are thoughts that will lead you on the wrong path. When you feel good, when you feel enthusiasm and joy, you are on the path to drawing all the well-being that you desire to you.

Remember, don’t pour oil on troubled waters. Think positive and fear will stay at bay.

Contributions to Our Life

 

We make contributions to all of what is happening in our life and our world no matter how negative things may be or who you are. This may sound astonishing but, nevertheless, it is true.

We do this by focusing on unwanted things as well as wanted things. People, circumstances and events show up in our lives and in our world from our focused attention to it. Often we sit and wonder how this and that happened to us. And we may wonder why this person or that person, who may be unwanted, is in our life. By our constant focus on that person or situation is  our contributions this is why this person is staying in our lives, we actually give it energy and when anything as energy it will stay.

This Universe and everything in it is made up of energy including you and I. We give out energy constantly whether it is positive or negative. And so if we associate with negative happenings we draw them into our lives through a powerful law and this law is the manager of the Universe, which also means it manages your life and mine.

Self Growth pageThis law is The Law of Attraction. This law magnetizes everything that you constantly think about, even all of those unwanted things. And because we have learned to focus on negativity since we have understood and listened to those negative messages, which have always been a big part of our learning and environment, we find it very difficult to be positive.

However, we have invincible powers that are with us all of the time, this power is within us and without being conscious to this power we cannot initiate all of the desires that we most want in our lives. Our contributions are the thoughts we give. The key to changing your life around is to change your thoughts, regardless, most people have a very difficult time with this.

Even so, this is good news because this means that there actually is a way to change your life and bring desires into it without having to wait for some outside circumstance to change it for you. By changing the way you think from thoughts that are negative to positive thinking brings positive energy. This is how you make contributions to your life in a positive way.  This brings you in alignment with the things, which you want, people, who you would rather be around, and places where you would love to go.

So the first step to gaining this power in a positive way is to become aware of your thoughts. When we move through our life with complaint and negativity our contribution to our life is negativity, this is what we draw to ourselves.

To change the low energy field that surrounds us and move to a higher energy field we have to feel worthy, we have to love ourselves first. This means we have to believe that we are deserving, because we are. When we learn to love ourselves first is when we draw the people, circumstances and things that we so desire to us. These are our own contributions to our life.
