How to Become Truly Centered and Manifest a Life of Your Dreams

Becoming Centered is to find the true you in your story.

When you’re centered you realize you’re the person you should love first. The person you should respect and only want the very best for. This is where your invincible power actually lies. Regardless, it may be that your parent or parents taught you to believe in yourself and "How to Become Truly Centered and Manifest a Life of Your Dreams"then the rest of the world took the power away from that belief. You may have been taught that you had to sacrifice your happiness to make others happy. There has been a prerequisite, so to speak, from this world and that is: you must not be centered in love for yourself for it is selfish.

And yet the opposite to this is the truth.

If you’re not centered in love and respect for yourself, you cannot honestly give love and respect for others and truly mean it. This is why so many relationships do not work out. Universal Laws always work in the opposite direction to our beliefs. And so if we can’t find true love for ourselves we cannot attract those wonderful people, places and situations that we so desire into our lives.

Some people are so far from there center that they feel they have to control others to receive what they want or feel they need.

This is the truth about how Universal Laws operate:

  • When people try to control others to act the way they want them to, it never works.
  • When people try to manipulate others to do what they want them to do, it never works.
  • When people try to influence others for the purpose of making themselves happy. They will not gain happiness from it.
  • When people threaten others with fear it may seem to work for a short time before their own life starts to fall apart. They will never find happiness this way.

The reason this happens is because they are looking to others to find their happiness. This is the void that we talked about in the previous article. They believe that if this other person will act and do what they want, then they will feel contented. Universal laws always tell us that if we are centered in our love for ourselves first and foremost, then we don’t need any other to change the way they think and act for us. Simply put, when a person is centered they attract others that are also centered in love for themselves and do not need another to change their ways to make them happy. Both parties in this sort of relationship can feel joyful without convincing the other to be what they want them to be.

When you are centered:

  • You manifest the right situations to you that bring you joy.
  • When you feel in your center you attract those people you want to be around.
  • When you enjoy being who you truly are you attract abundance in your life easily.

  • When you are centered you are not in fear of unwanted events.
  • When you are centered you love your own company, as well as others.
  • When you feel in your center you only attract a life of joy.
  • When you are centered there is no void to fill.

If you find it hard to love and respect yourself this is the Universe showing you that you are in a state of resistance.

  • You always feel an emptiness.
  • You feel down about yourself.
  • You believe that you do not stack up to others in your life who you may look up to.

You know when you are truly centered because you feel happy, joyous and alive.    

Feeling centered is about detachment from unwanted things. It is letting go of the attachment to that voice which is at the helm of those misguided thoughts of unworthiness.

We’ve all been there. The changes that I have found since I’ve come to understand these infinite laws is: life does not work out to my advantage if I ignore my strong feelings of negativity. In other words, when I meet head on with a negative choice, situation or person and ignore any strong feelings of conflict, I see negative consequences soon enter my life. To the contrary, I always feel good when I make good feeling choices.

These feelings are our guidance. We have called it intuition, perception, sixth sense and premonition among many names. These deep feelings are your discernment of the choices in life which you are offered. This is what W.T and I talk about so much. This is why you have to feel your way through life. This invincible power within will guide you through those negative thoughts you contemplate daily. You become alert to those warning bells, and the opposite of that is the good feeling sensations when it is to your advantage.

When You Feel Inadequate How Do You Find Your Own Self-Worth?

Part Two: If I feel inadequate how do I find my own power?

I have been studying these Universal laws for many years now and have watched, not only what has been showing up in my life but in others also. What I have come to understand is that we tend to look for negatives more easily than the positives in life. We often feel inadequate and we try to cover this idea with many complaints. This is a psychological activity which we’ve been conditioned to. This shows up in how we respond to those situations which make us feel valueless and inadequate.

I realized how much I complained.

I found fault in outside circumstances and gave blame to those circumstances or people for what was happening to me, which, at the time I thought was unfair. I didn’t understand that every unwanted event, person and circumstance that entered into my life was being attracted by me and no one else, by the very thing I complained about. We all do this because it has been a prior condition to give emphasis to our inadequate view of other people. Which in turn is a comparison to our profound feelings of our own inadequate self. Simply put, we have been trained to grumble our way through life. We do this constantly without thought. We criticize, censure and disapprove of situations, events and people who show up in our lives that aggravate it.

Like everyone else I didn’t understand clearly what these inadequate thoughts was doing to me.

The more I complained the more I stressed the unrevealed inadequate feelings in me. The danger in this is more experiences and circumstances would be attracted to show me my inadequate side. Simply put, it would prove to me that I was what I had been led to believe I was, an inadequate person.

The truth revealed: I am amazing, brilliant and powerful. I obviously didn’t think of myself this way. Most of us don’t. We seem to draw on our shortcomings easily and wonder why they keep showing up in our lives.

What was revealed to me is so interesting. Those people that complained endlessly about the things they didn’t want—those endless unwanted things was showing up in their lives relentlessly.

I watched those who live and enjoy life and it would seem nothing really went wrong for them. In other words, they got what they wanted and expected. I came to the awareness "When You Feel Inadequate How Do You Find Your Own Self-Worth?"that these Universal laws were very powerful and that we do choose the life we want even if it is by default.

Our power is from within

But what I really came to understand was we have to get to that centered place in our lives of love for ourselves first. Our power is actually within. It’s about the way we treat ourselves. Some questions to ponder are:

  • Do you respect yourself?
  • Do you show love to yourself?
  • Do you see your own brilliance?
  • Do you see yourself as a deserving person?
  • Do you see yourself as much more than adequate?
  • Do you see yourself living a joyful life?

If these questions seem to be out of the range of what you think of yourself then you are not in your own powerful center. This means that you are not allowing the genuine you, the person you were born to be, and the life you were meant to live into your experience.

  • When you live from a false premise of who you are you cannot attract the experiences that you were born to attract.
  • You cannot give love and receive it if you don’t love yourself enough.
  • You cannot be prosperous if you are thinking thoughts of poverty.
  • You cannot gain health if you are thinking of illness.

These all go against Universal laws. This is why you have to change the way you think. This is the way you become powerfully centered.

My life changed completely since I understand this Universal law. I live in joy most days but I still see things manifesting to complain about. The difference is I stop myself. I actually pull myself away from the thought of complaining.  I pivot to a better thought. I center myself to a better place.

Are We Our Own Antagonist? How to Manifest What We Really Want

Most people are the antagonist of their own story. Part One.

Without realizing this we have built a wall up that will stop any true desires of abundance, health and happiness reaching us.

How did this happen?

It happened quite easily because we have been conditioned to the belief of lack, as our parents have and their parents before them. In fact, it was a way to take control of the masses since the second century AD. The antagonist was the authoritative force of law that we feared at that time. We then allowed this force to change our beliefs. The problem is we "Are We Our Own Antagonist? How to Manifest What We Really Want"are still using these contrasting beliefs today. Most people conclude that their lives should be a struggle. Due to this inaccurate notion they have learned to attract lack. This is the void they live with.

Owing to centuries of this erroneous influence our lives have taken us in the wrong direction. Unfortunately, we are still living our lives from this backward conception through those antagonists that had existed so long ago.

This is how the masses live: most believe that life is a struggle and that it always will be. Simply put, they believe that this is what their journey consists of: deficiency, deprivation, need and emptiness. This becomes the void that most are trying to fill. This voice of insufficiency is constantly playing in the mind.

The antagonist then is the ego.

The antagonist/ego now is a part of you. It no longer lives on the outside. It is that voice that temps you to fill the void with: unworthiness, unwelcome things, failed relationships and unwanted experiences. It is an expert at this because you have bought into these beliefs by default.

Almost all of what we do runs counterproductive to what we really desire our lives to be, since we are trying to fill the void from a place of lack.

Universal Laws tells us a different story.

We have to fill the void first. We do this by understanding our worthiness. We have to embrace our lives and who we are. We do this by drowning out the voice that tells of our inferiority. This voice has been the greater part of us. This is the antagonist that now lives within. The ego part of us. "Are We Our Own Antagonist? How to Manifest What We Really Want"

When we believe in our lack then whatever experience we have in our life is coming from a place of lack and will only produce more lack. This is why positive transactions with money seems to be brief and fleeting. It is the reason why failed relationships and unwanted experiences happen. It is why our happiness is transient. We only seem to hold on to the good, desired parts for short periods of time.

There is a discord between what we desire and our chronic habit of thought.

Thought is where your power is. When you give persistent thoughts of lack and unworthiness you actually confirm these ideas. That is to say the antagonist/ego is given full reign to run your life, and it will always pick the side of lack and unworthiness.

We have to learn how worthy we are. This is where our true power lies. Our real job is to change our views about the reality we would prefer to see about ourselves. This means we have to recognize our own brilliance, our gifted talents. We all have them. We can have money, genuine relationships, great experiences filled with joy and happiness if we fill the void and understand that we are deserving of a wonderful life. This comes first. We have been doing this backwards. We have been trying to fill the void first with those desires so we can be happy. However, it tends to hinder rather than serve one’s purpose, since we have to find contentment and happiness from within first then all those desires will show up to add tremendously to that happiness we have already found. Like Attracts Like. This is a Universal Law.

EMPATHY : Understanding and Sharing Others Feelings

Empathy is one of the most important emotional skills to have for a happy and successful social life.

One morning, I woke up with a text saying “My son died last night in a motorcycle accident,” this text was from my best friend’s father. Being half asleep, I felt like it was a bad dream but it wasn’t – it was a sad and a tragic reality. This came as a shock to me as well as his parents. That same day I went to their house to share my condolences. All of the sudden I realized that, I wouldn’t see him anymore. Seeing the pain in his parent’s eyes, I could empathize with what they were feeling. I was heartbroken, just like their parents. We all grieved the loss of my best friend, together. This is what empathy is, understanding and sharing others feelings.

They are selfless people whereas people without any empathy always keep themselves on top and don’t care about other’s feelings and emotions. Empathy is one of the most important emotional skills to have for a happy and successful social life. If you understand other’s feelings and help them, then you will always have someone in the world. For example, a relationship will not last long if a partner doesn’t have empathy towards their partner’s feeling. In human life, empathy is very important, but it is hard to find because everybody is thinking about themselves. These days, people are busy – all they care about is their future, their job, their wealth, and their hobbies. They don’t have time to think about other’s problems, troubles, or feelings. They also don’t have time to help them to solve their problems. I am thankful to have found friends full of empathy and kindness. When I first came to The United States a couple of years ago, I suffered from homesickness. I used to get stressed out easily and I felt very lonely. Then, I met a couple of friends in one of my English classes. They understood what I was going through and feeling and they helped me to get used to this whole new world.

In conclusion, empathy is a very important emotional skill to have. It helps one understand others feelings and emotions. People who are able to understand other’s emotions are more likely to have real friends and are able to be successful in all kinds of relationships.

True Freedom from Racism and Hate

Freedom is more than just a word it’s a way of life that we were born to find. My book Love, Life and Beyond shows the way to real freedom.

I have written quite a few articles about my book, Love, Life and Beyond and its benefits. The book outlines some major issues that many of us face and the freedom of taking control over these issues. However, I believe its most profound message is the way to gain freedom from racism and hate. This message became even more acute this morning when my husband, who is "True Freedom from Racism and Hate"black, (I’m not going to try and be politically correct because this term is what he has always been comfortable with and taught me to use) started to describe the horrors of what is going on in the United States, the white supremacy (as they call it) and the marches. My husband was telling me with passion what he sees as fearful. He went on to say that all what Martin Luther King had brought to us is seeping down the drain.

I listened, kind of. My husband knows that I don’t follow the news. I am careful not to buy into these negative beliefs because I do not follow these external views and laws. I follow Universal Laws which teach that there is nothing to fear.

When we get together and protest out of fear we are pushing against our freedom.

We are pushing against the results of what we need to see. The only way a body of people who march can produce what is desired is if they march in peace with love for their fellow man.

Mother Teresa said it best, “I will never attend an anti-war rally. If you have a peace rally, invite me.” She knew that pushing against what you don’t want can only produce what you don’t want. Without love for your fellow man these marches hold no power. This is a Universal law.

Universal Laws show that fear is something we buy into.

We watch these hate rallies and we become fearful of the future. Regardless, we are powerful human beings. We don’t have to fear. Once we really understand that taking control really means taking control over our own response to these situations our lives change, we find our true freedom. You don’t have to respond with hate because hate "True Freedom from Racism and Hate"cannot bond with love they are two different frequencies. Hate is weakness and Love is Power. It is impossible to unite the two. Hate never gets you freedom, it can only hold you in bondage.

Simply put, see the powerful being that you are. My book Love, Life and Beyond shows you how Universal laws are in place to give us freedom. It shows you another way of handling unwanted situations like these that are playing out on the news and social media today.

How do We Stay Connected with Positive Energy?

We did a radio interview with “Happie” Micha Edwards on his talk show ‘O Happie Days’ in Toronto, Canada. The topic was freedom.

Freedom is our connection to the positive energy field. When we are in the negative energy field we are not in our power. When we are not in our power we feel restricted and limited. We blame everything and anyone that we are involved with for the negative situations that enter our lives. The problem with this is the more we blame other people or situations, the more we hold ourselves in bondage. To be connected to this positive energy field we must understand how we draw into our lives all what we have up until this point.

Unfortunately, for most of us, we have been conditioned to beliefs that do not benefit us.

These beliefs are so contradictory to Universal laws they completely turn us in the opposite direction to where we need to be. To be connected to the positive energy that will bring you what you desire you have to think and feel from within yourself. This journey is all about being connected within. It’s about YOU! The bone of contention with this is we don’t think this way. Our beliefs are that if we have a negative issue in our lives we have to look "How do We Stay Connected with Positive Energy?"outside to find the solution. We look for others to make it okay. We may want them to change the way they see things so that we can feel good. The result of this is that we are restricting our self. We no longer are connected to positive energy because this infinite energy can only come from within ourselves. There isn’t any person or object or even a situation that can fill the gap of unworthiness you feel.

What you need to understand is that it is easy to stay connected to this powerful energy field when you understand your own worth.

Instead of being drawn into a negative situation you must remind yourself of your own power. We are all extremely powerful in our own right. This means there isn’t anyone living "How do We Stay Connected with Positive Energy?"today that isn’t worthy. When I reach a negative situation in my life I have to remind myself of how powerful I am. I do this often! I tell myself, “You are much more powerful than this.” No matter what the situation looks like from the outside and even if it looks impossible I have learnt that nothing is impossible when you understand your power.

I was talking to a prisoner who was remorseful for what he had done. He had gotten involved deeply in things that he would not have if he had listened to his own heart. At that time, he was connected to the field of blame and anger at what he thought was a life that was unfair to him. When we spoke it seemed to him that it was impossible to change his future. He had blundered through life listening to others and allowed himself to be drawn into the negative field. We talked about turning his life around. Becoming harmonious with everyone and everything. But above all becoming harmonious with himself. Using his power to become connected to the life that he so desired. Once he really understood his own power and how he had given in to untruths about himself he could see a different future. He connected again to the positive energy field.

And then what had seemed to be impossible turned around.

A lawyer took an interest in his case and worked and got him free. All positive opportunities were drawn to him. He got a wonderful job. He met new friends that valued him for who he is. His life turned around in the most dramatic way. He is now counseling other men that need to reconnect with their own power.

We all have power. We are all deserving. This is the only way we can be free of bondage. Free of other people’s views. Free of others anger. Free of people pleasing. Free of fear.

Remind yourself often, “I am a powerful person. I’m much more powerful than this problem.” Believe in your own self-worth and watch your life change before your eyes.

You’ll be astonished to see your life change around. You will then see how easily it is to be connected to this powerful, positive energy field.

Calling All Angels and abraham-Hicks Lovers

Since I came to an understanding of the Law of Attraction and the teachings of so many teachers and mentors I absolutely became fascinated with Esther and Jerry Hicks, Abraham. This is why I place Abraham quotes on our website every day. Even so, I had already started to write the book Love, Life and Beyond many years before this. I had had "Calling All Angels and Abraham-Hicks Lovers"the idea of non-physical mentors before I came across Abraham. I found the more I delved into this phenomenon the more it made total sense to me.

I had put Love, Life and Beyond on hold while life seem to take over.  I then lost my youngest sister, Janice at 48-years-old and a year later my mom, and then two years later my best friend and sister Yvonne.  I was completely devastated. Within a span of three years they were gone. It was a year after Yvonne’s death that I came across Abraham-Hicks teachings, so timely, when I was searching for answers to why they had suddenly gone from my life.

I soon came to the understanding that they are still with me

I came to understand that life is fleeting in a physical sense, regardless, our conscious mind lives on forever. I had stopped writing the book for quite a few years but realized that this book needed to be  "Calling All Angels and Abraham-Hicks Lovers"written. I not only poured myself through the stories of these families in this book but I felt an obligation to pass this idea that I had of non-physical mentors forward. I had to explain how life reacts to our way of thinking. I feel close to Abraham and the way the realignment of energies is interpreted in such a sensible way. All we have to do is use our good feeling thoughts, so simple!

When I understood the knowledge based ideas of, “A belief is only a thought you keep thinking,” I started to use it in my life instead of following what everyone else was saying and doing and began to take control of my life. In doing so I realized how this Law of Attraction and Abraham stuff worked by watching other people’s lives. We can all see what our friends, family members and associates are doing wrong first before we see the mistakes we make ourselves in life.

I used the mentors to illustrate this concept more clearly

This is the way to take control over our lives. As I have said in other articles. If you are not a big fan of non-physical mentors or angels, then you can certainly read the story without taking in the messages that these mentors deliver. For those of you who, like me,  follow Abraham, however, I believe that you will find some strength in the mentor’s guidance.

Taking Control of the Wondering Mind

How to Control thoughts that don’t serve us

The major difficulty we have with taking control of our lives is trying to focus constantly on a desire that we want to bring forth. To take control is to reduce the thoughts about what has been and to focus on the moment we are in. To put it differently, the wondering mind is sometimes difficult to stabilize. To keep it from fluctuating from one subject to another sometimes seems impossible. However, there is a solution to this. girl-2157459_1920 "Taking Control of the Wondering Mind"

But, Why is this Important?

When you take control of the wondering mind you connect with your own power. You begin to steer your life in the direction of where you want it to go. This is the way you gain self control in all aspects of your life experiences.

 The Question then is How Do We Do This Successfully?

Everything that you think is an invitation to bring those thoughts into reality. The drawback to this is most of us use our wondering mind to perform an intellectual analysis of everything we do and everything that we know other people do. To put it another way, we spend far too much time pondering over why this and that happened and what we could have done to change it, or we may focus on what ‘we think’ others could have done differently. Simply put, we spend way too much time on trivial thoughts that are of no value to us.

What we should be doing is taking control over our wondering mind and thinking extensively on the direction of what we would desire our lives to be.

The dilemma when we allow the wondering mind to dominate our thoughts, is in essence, that we allow it to take us on a journey that isn’t always where we want to be. When we begin to watch where our wondering mind is taking us, and we see it inconsistently jumping all over the place, it isn’t any wonder that our lives don’t always go to desirable places.

At first it seems impossible to gain control over our wondering minds, but once we become aware of our thoughts it is possible that we can change directions of where we want them to be. An easy way to do this is by feeling our way to good thoughts

Understanding our Feelings

 Usually when our thoughts are going down the negative path we can feel it. We don’t feel happy, we feel uncomfortable and there is no delight or pleasure attached to the thought. When our thoughts are going down a positive path we feel enjoyment, gratification and mindmap-2123973_1920 "Taking Control of the Wondering Mind"excitement. Feelings are our powerful indications of where we are. We have far too many thoughts spinning through our wondering mind to grasp and control each of them. This would be far to exasperating to do. However, if we feel discomfort with what we are mulling over in our thoughts this is our intuition telling us that we are definitely going down the wrong path. This is why it is so important to find thoughts that are positive. When you move from negative thoughts to positive thinking your life will change directions and positive things, situations and people begin to show up for you. This is the way the Law of Attraction works.

Thinking is such a powerful process that most of us take for granted. Regardless, if you want to change directions in your life and bring wonderful, fun situations and people to it stop the wondering mind by feeling your way to positive thoughts. It works every time. It is Law!
