How to Use Your Invincible Guidance System To Your Benefit
What is our guidance system?

Our guidance system is a natural part of us that instinctively takes over our thoughts in a positive way. It is the intelligent part that speaks words that we weren’t sure we knew. We see this when deep into an explanation of something we give a precise account of what we want to say. Our "How to Use Your Guidance System For Your Advancement"words are spontaneous and seem to just pop out of our mouths. I’m sure you’ve been there. I have many times. Our guidance is the inner part of us that assists us when we make choices. It always picks out the best case scenario and it is in our best interest to follow this guidance.

There are many ways to find this guidance but the wisest and easiest way to find it is by feeling your way to it. This means when you are facing a choice, especially a tough one, take the time to question any possibilities that could be the answer to the situation. A good way to do this is by asking yourself, “what would I like to see instead of this situation that is presenting itself.” When you do this imagine that new situation. See yourself with the best case scenario.

Be aware of what your feelings offer while you imagine this solution.

Your guidance will give you the sensation of clarity, harmony and alignment when you find the right solution. Your deepest feelings of acceptance to this idea will be the answer you’re looking for. This is your guidance at its best working for your best interest. If you focus on the wrong answer you will feel unsettled, you will question the idea you are contemplating. Nothing about it will feel right.

When questions arise in negative ways your feelings will be of:

  • Doubt
  • Adversity
  • Misfortune
  • Affliction
  • Hurt
  • Harm
  • Ruination
  • Misery
  • Woe

Also, suffering, distress and bereavement among many negative feelings, according to what situation is presented to you at the time. These feelings are telling you that you are not in alignment with the best case scenario that your guidance is offering you. Your guidance will always give you the positive feeling which will tell you to move in another direction.

This guidance is also called our intuition.

We’ve all been aware of this at some stage in our life. It kicks in when there is major danger ahead that fight or flight instinct, where you stay and face the music or run from the oncoming danger. You usually know what to do in such dangerous situations. Regardless, our guidance is with us constantly. When we feel our way to it we always find the best possible pathway to take.

This is what happened to me a short while ago. I had some grocery shopping to do and I also had to go to the post office. The post office is in the same plaza as a Sobeys store. Before I went into the post office I debated within myself whether to go to Sobeys to do my shopping or to go across town and do it at the Walmart center where I could also buy some "How to Use Your Guidance System For Your Advancement"other items that Sobeys didn’t sell. I pondered this while I was waiting in line at the post office and my feelings were strongly to do it at Sobeys. I was already right next to this store and was not in immediate need of the other items. When I came out of the post office, however, I instantly changed my mind against the feelings that was strongly playing within me. I decided to go to Walmart. Even as I drove I had the strong inkling to turn around. I didn’t. When I got to Walmart I did my grocery shopping and loaded the other items into my cart. Suddenly, over the speakers an employee asked everyone to leave their shopping and shopping carts and evacuate the store immediately. The message kept repeating. Police were suddenly everywhere quickly moving us from the store. Apparently there had been a bomb threat. A young man said he was wearing a bomb I learned from the news report later that evening.

I came out of the place ruffled to say the least.

I felt drained from the negative energy this shocking experience had brought with it. I went home heart pounding. I was in no mood to go to another store to shop yet again, that day. I had wasted a couple of hours shopping to no avail because I didn’t listen to my guidance system which had sent me strong feelings not to go.

I was totally appreciative that no one was hurt. Regardless, when there are such strong instincts going on within me, I know never to ignore them again.

Nevertheless, this guidance isn’t there only in the fight or flight scenario it is with us in all of our daily activities, choices and decisions. They only scream at us so loud and clear in cases such as I’ve just mentioned. Usually they are supple and quiet. They get much louder when you ignore them and then they show up in your life in negative situations, things and people.

Take a quiet time to feel for the guidance that is offered to you in any situation you are looking for answers to.

They will show up. Always ask for the best your life can be, expect it and feel your way to it. Your guidance will steer you on the right path, without fail.

When You Feel Inadequate How Do You Find Your Own Self-Worth?




Part Two: If I feel inadequate how do I find my own power?

I have been studying these Universal laws for many years now and have watched, not only what has been showing up in my life but in others also. What I have come to understand is that we tend to look for negatives more easily than the positives in life. We often feel inadequate and we try to cover this idea with many complaints. This is a psychological activity which we’ve been conditioned to. This shows up in how we respond to those situations which make us feel valueless and inadequate.

I realized how much I complained.

I found fault in outside circumstances and gave blame to those circumstances or people for what was happening to me, which, at the time I thought was unfair. I didn’t understand that every unwanted event, person and circumstance that entered into my life was being attracted by me and no one else, by the very thing I complained about. We all do this because it has been a prior condition to give emphasis to our inadequate view of other people. Which in turn is a comparison to our profound feelings of our own inadequate self. Simply put, we have been trained to grumble our way through life. We do this constantly without thought. We criticize, censure and disapprove of situations, events and people who show up in our lives that aggravate it.

Like everyone else I didn’t understand clearly what these inadequate thoughts was doing to me.

The more I complained the more I stressed the unrevealed inadequate feelings in me. The danger in this is more experiences and circumstances would be attracted to show me my inadequate side. Simply put, it would prove to me that I was what I had been led to believe I was, an inadequate person.

The truth revealed: I am amazing, brilliant and powerful. I obviously didn’t think of myself this way. Most of us don’t. We seem to draw on our shortcomings easily and wonder why they keep showing up in our lives.

What was revealed to me is so interesting. Those people that complained endlessly about the things they didn’t want—those endless unwanted things was showing up in their lives relentlessly.



I watched those who live and enjoy life and it would seem nothing really went wrong for them. In other words, they got what they wanted and expected. I came to the awareness "When You Feel Inadequate How Do You Find Your Own Self-Worth?"that these Universal laws were very powerful and that we do choose the life we want even if it is by default.

Our power is from within

But what I really came to understand was we have to get to that centered place in our lives of love for ourselves first. Our power is actually within. It’s about the way we treat ourselves. Some questions to ponder are:

  • Do you respect yourself?
  • Do you show love to yourself?
  • Do you see your own brilliance?
  • Do you see yourself as a deserving person?
  • Do you see yourself as much more than adequate?
  • Do you see yourself living a joyful life?

If these questions seem to be out of the range of what you think of yourself then you are not in your own powerful center. This means that you are not allowing the genuine you, the person you were born to be, and the life you were meant to live into your experience.

  • When you live from a false premise of who you are you cannot attract the experiences that you were born to attract.
  • You cannot give love and receive it if you don’t love yourself enough.
  • You cannot be prosperous if you are thinking thoughts of poverty.
  • You cannot gain health if you are thinking of illness.

These all go against Universal laws. This is why you have to change the way you think. This is the way you become powerfully centered.

My life changed completely since I understand this Universal law. I live in joy most days but I still see things manifesting to complain about. The difference is I stop myself. I actually pull myself away from the thought of complaining.  I pivot to a better thought. I center myself to a better place.

True Freedom from Racism and Hate




Freedom is more than just a word it’s a way of life that we were born to find. My book Love, Life and Beyond shows the way to real freedom.

I have written quite a few articles about my book, Love, Life and Beyond and its benefits. The book outlines some major issues that many of us face and the freedom of taking control over these issues. However, I believe its most profound message is the way to gain freedom from racism and hate. This message became even more acute this morning when my husband, who is "True Freedom from Racism and Hate"black, (I’m not going to try and be politically correct because this term is what he has always been comfortable with and taught me to use) started to describe the horrors of what is going on in the United States, the white supremacy (as they call it) and the marches. My husband was telling me with passion what he sees as fearful. He went on to say that all what Martin Luther King had brought to us is seeping down the drain.

I listened, kind of. My husband knows that I don’t follow the news. I am careful not to buy into these negative beliefs because I do not follow these external views and laws. I follow Universal Laws which teach that there is nothing to fear.

When we get together and protest out of fear we are pushing against our freedom.

We are pushing against the results of what we need to see. The only way a body of people who march can produce what is desired is if they march in peace with love for their fellow man.

Mother Teresa said it best, “I will never attend an anti-war rally. If you have a peace rally, invite me.” She knew that pushing against what you don’t want can only produce what you don’t want. Without love for your fellow man these marches hold no power. This is a Universal law.

Universal Laws show that fear is something we buy into.

We watch these hate rallies and we become fearful of the future. Regardless, we are powerful human beings. We don’t have to fear. Once we really understand that taking control really means taking control over our own response to these situations our lives change, we find our true freedom. You don’t have to respond with hate because hate "True Freedom from Racism and Hate"cannot bond with love they are two different frequencies. Hate is weakness and Love is Power. It is impossible to unite the two. Hate never gets you freedom, it can only hold you in bondage.

Simply put, see the powerful being that you are. My book Love, Life and Beyond shows you how Universal laws are in place to give us freedom. Conflict! How do you Cope with Discord when You Are Confronted with it?




Conflict seems to play a major role in most people’s life experiences. The question is how should we react when the drama and conflict shows up to avoid being involved within it?

First, we have to understand what makes us react. What are our thoughts telling us at the immediate moment the conflict arrived on our doorstep? We have to be aware of what conflict initiates in our mind when it presents itself. The ego plays a major role in our reaction to things. Ego thoughts are those of resentment and grievances. It tells us we’re the victim and constantly reminds us of all the reasons why this conflict manifested. The "Conflict! How do you cope with Discord when You Are Confronted with it?"ego places blame and the more injured emotionally you feel the more the ego mind can maneuver you to more of what you don’t want, and that is profound drama. The ego will often hurl you to a place you would rather not go. At times losing the people you love because the ego loves to take advantage of the helpless you.

Where does the helpless me come from?

There is a false sense of the helpless me. It stems from fear. It is the thinking mind, the ego part of thoughts that is persuasive. It is the thinking part that actually convinces the helpless me to react out of a false awareness. Conflicts present themselves constantly and all they are is a situation or a person that says or does something opposite to what we agree with. It then becomes an unconscious psychic struggle. In many cases resulting in a hurtful clash. For some people a clash that may never resolve itself, or worse changing the relationship to “my enemy”.



We are not helpless. We are much more powerful than we believe. When we are in our power we have no need to allow the ego to take control. We are in control of our lives, and any situations that conflict presents.

When we are in our power the victim part of us dissolves into the backdrop of our lives. The helpless me cannot be in full force if we understand our ego mind and the way it works.

How do me and W.T handle this?

All who have read our articles and books and have been on this website before hopefully now know that me and W.T are mother and son. We work together. However, we have many different ideas. I am more spiritually centered and W.T is the logical part of this arrangement.

We often have disagreements to what our vision is. We are frequently far apart when it "Conflict! How do you cope with Discord when You Are Confronted with it?"comes to which way we should move our ideas forward. Our different age group plays a major role in how we handle things. Nevertheless, we have learned to agree to disagree. We have given each other permission to be who they want to be. Sometimes my hair stands on end and my eyes roll when I look at some of W.T’s youtube videos. And I know for sure W.T doesn’t share my endless chats about Esther Hicks, Abraham.

So what!! What is the big deal if we don’t agree? Why should we break up this wonderful partnership because we see things differently?

You see, there will always be disagreements and conflict in life. It is our reaction to it that makes it painful or not. The next time it presents itself in your life listen to what your inner voice is telling you. Is it the ego at play leading you on the wrong path? Listen. Always listen to the voice that is speaking. Is your self-talk really you, or is it the helpless you, the ego that has full control?

Take your control back. Listen to what the thinking mind is telling you and then change it harmoniously to where you would rather be in life. Simply put, reach for happiness first to avoid the pain of conflict. In other words, don’t take life quite so serious.

How do We Stay Connected with Positive Energy?



We did a radio interview with “Happie” Micha Edwards on his talk show ‘O Happie Days’ in Toronto, Canada. The topic was freedom.

Freedom is our connection to the positive energy field. When we are in the negative energy field we are not in our power. When we are not in our power we feel restricted and limited. We blame everything and anyone that we are involved with for the negative situations that enter our lives. The problem with this is the more we blame other people or situations, the more we hold ourselves in bondage. To be connected to this positive energy field we must understand how we draw into our lives all what we have up until this point.

Unfortunately, for most of us, we have been conditioned to beliefs that do not benefit us.

These beliefs are so contradictory to Universal laws they completely turn us in the opposite direction to where we need to be. To be connected to the positive energy that will bring you what you desire you have to think and feel from within yourself. This journey is all about being connected within. It’s about YOU! The bone of contention with this is we don’t think this way. Our beliefs are that if we have a negative issue in our lives we have to look "How do We Stay Connected with Positive Energy?"outside to find the solution. We look for others to make it okay. We may want them to change the way they see things so that we can feel good. The result of this is that we are restricting our self. We no longer are connected to positive energy because this infinite energy can only come from within ourselves. There isn’t any person or object or even a situation that can fill the gap of unworthiness you feel.

What you need to understand is that it is easy to stay connected to this powerful energy field when you understand your own worth.

Instead of being drawn into a negative situation you must remind yourself of your own power. We are all extremely powerful in our own right. This means there isn’t anyone living "How do We Stay Connected with Positive Energy?"today that isn’t worthy. When I reach a negative situation in my life I have to remind myself of how powerful I am. I do this often! I tell myself, “You are much more powerful than this.” No matter what the situation looks like from the outside and even if it looks impossible I have learnt that nothing is impossible when you understand your power.

I was talking to a prisoner who was remorseful for what he had done. He had gotten involved deeply in things that he would not have if he had listened to his own heart. At that time, he was connected to the field of blame and anger at what he thought was a life that was unfair to him. When we spoke it seemed to him that it was impossible to change his future. He had blundered through life listening to others and allowed himself to be drawn into the negative field. We talked about turning his life around. Becoming harmonious with everyone and everything. But above all becoming harmonious with himself. Using his power to become connected to the life that he so desired. Once he really understood his own power and how he had given in to untruths about himself he could see a different future. He connected again to the positive energy field.



And then what had seemed to be impossible turned around.

A lawyer took an interest in his case and worked and got him free. All positive opportunities were drawn to him. He got a wonderful job. He met new friends that valued him for who he is. His life turned around in the most dramatic way. He is now counseling other men that need to reconnect with their own power.

We all have power. We are all deserving. This is the only way we can be free of bondage. Free of other people’s views. Free of others anger. Free of people pleasing. Free of fear.

Remind yourself often, “I am a powerful person. I’m much more powerful than this problem.” Believe in your own self-worth and watch your life change before your eyes.

You’ll be astonished to see your life change around. You will then see how easily it is to be connected to this powerful, positive energy field.

A Novel with an Alternate Purpose, Love, Worthiness and Value





A Novel with Love, Worthiness and Value

I took a major risk when I decided to write the novel Love, Life and Beyond 

This came about because I was told by a writing coach my idea for this novel couldn’t be done. His reason being I would be folding non-fiction into a fictional work and these two can’t be molded together. But, then I was advised from a person in publishing, when you are told it can’t be done, do it. And so I took the chance.

I will tell you a little about myself so you can relate to this idea, I put into motion, through this novel. I’ve been studying universal laws for many years and have written five non- fictional books with my son W.T. Hamilton."A Novel with an Alternate Purpose"

But I am also a fictional writer and felt it was essential to offer worthy solutions to negative situations in this novel. Solutions that work. I know they work because these beliefs turned my life around in a positive and joyous way and I need to pass this on to my readers.

So it was important to write a story that women could relate to through a number of situations

I realize that drug addiction had a major impact on many of us. In fact, for some it transforms their lives so dramatically that there seems no way out. Racism is also an issue that I feel passionately about because I lovingly live in an interracial marriage and have done for many years.

So the story had to have an impact serving valuable information, and solutions. Simply put, I didn’t want to just skirt around these issues in this novel.

 

While pondering this idea I had a light bulb moment. I know that when negative situations take place in our lives, they seem to get stuck in our minds. You know what I’m talking about, something happens, it’s on your mind and you can’t get rid of it. We all go through this at some point in our lives. In other words, it’s hard to find the link of what is happening and why when we are smack dab in the middle of a negative situation.

In my studies I came to understand that we actually gain more valuable knowledge from watching other people’s lives. I’m sure you’ve all experiences this first-hand. You’ve probably seen your friends and relatives make negative choices that you wouldn’t make if you were in their place, right? I find it becomes far easier to witness the negative choices they make than the ones we ourselves are making.



This is where the idea came to me of using spiritual mentors to offer a way out of the problems that plague us

The families involved in this novel Love, Life and Beyond face difficult circumstances of racism, hate and addiction. These Spiritual mentors are watching these families from the wings, so to speak. They see the confusion these families face and give the reader advice and solutions to these problems. "A Novel with an Alternate Purpose"

The mentor’s advice is written in exclusive pages in this novel and stand apart from the story

To put it another way, if you would rather read the story by itself without the mentor’s valuable advice, you certainly can. The story of these families can stand on its own.

When The Journey Takes An Unexpected Turn




There will be times when it seems you are no longer on your path. There will be times when you think you are somehow on someone else’s journey. A journey you neither requested or wished for.

 

Don’t panic.

 

Don’t be afraid.

 

You are on this journey for a reason.

 

Some people believe that everything that happens to you is because at some point in your life you drew this situation to you. They believe you attracted it, no matter how awful, or painful that part of your journey is. I don’t believe this is true. I don’t believe that you attract every single thing that happens to you. I may be wrong but I believe I’m right. I believe that sometimes you are a part of someone else’s journey and for whatever reason this person needs to experience this twist of fate. Drama is a Big Part of Illness Because the Ego Loves Drama in our Lives.

I wrote about a recent disturbance in my body in this book which may interest you. Here is a part to explain how drama activates illness also. From our book: “Your Invincible Power, How to say Goodbye to the Drama”:

Recently I had come down with a disturbance in what I believe is my good health, while away in another country. Why I call it a disturbance is because I trust my cells are doing a wonderful job within my body. And so when this happened I tried to see it as a smaproduct_dramall disruption for a short while. Now my husband said, “It was probably that spring water we got from up in the mountains and you were drinking it right from the spring.” I couldn’t see this as truth as it was spring water, right? Whoever heard of spring water right from the rocks being contaminated but my husband went right into panic mode saying, “Don’t drink anymore and we’ll boil what we have left of it,” Which we did. He ran out to the store immediately and bought more bottled spring water!

Little Did I Realize that the Drama had Started!

When it went on I found myself wondering what had I done to bring this to me, it seemed that everything I ate just ran through me. Different people asked, “What did you eat?” “What did you drink” I had eaten and drank the same as my husband so it didn’t make sense that I could incur some bug when he didn’t. All the time I was quite aware that only I could have brought this on through my

  thoughts. The question was what thoughts did I harbor that was a disturbance to my inner  health?

Some drama comes quietly inside of us. We blow up thoughts that have silently been reiterating inside our head. We mull them over by just observing them and not wanting them. I had observed more than once some unhealthy ways of others and in my mind I took on the drama of what I saw. I wasn’t aware at the time that it had bothered me and when something bothers you it places fear where there was none.

I went through the normal drama of ill-health when it hit which was questioning what was happening, feeling slightly sorry for myself, and upset which I found myself fighting off. To tottering from that to understanding that it was this sort of thinking that was leading me to those old fears of not being in control.

I have read countless books and have been studying this same subject and was aware how thought can easily provoke fear. I had shed light on the course now I needed a way to change the effect. I had to take my thoughts off of the drama of it, meaning take away the thought of what was happening in the immediate moment and focus on health.

However, I came to understand from the many books I had with me that I had to focus on the health I wanted, not what I had. In other-words I had to forget that I was in discomfort, which means not to focus on the worry of it, but instead to see myself healthy again as if my health had already returned. I admit it is hard to do but I was able to recover from rheumatoid arthritis so this shouldn’t be anything, right?

Well to do this I really had to face the part of me that wants to activate the drama of it. You 072 "Drama in Health"know that part that says, ‘You’re sick. Remember how you feel right now? And it’s not going away!’ So meditation was to be next on the list.

Meditation is so powerful, it calms you. I was able to feel the presence of the strong healthy part of me. I was able to focus on those 50 trillion cells working to keep me alive and healthy. I have appreciation to all that I am in my fullness, which means that the bigger part of me, my Source Energy part is basking in health, all I had to do is join that part of me.

After five days of giving in to this disturbing invasion I found my way back to the healthy state I was in before the attack.



Nothing Can Come Into Our Experience Without A Vibrational Invitation Of It

I had to remember that nothing can come into my experience without my vibrational invitation of it and that all that is expected of me is that I pay attention to my vibrational offering then I could move through this without worry.

I allowed mysConnected to energy abraham-hickself to respond to what I was observing. I placed my trust in outside events and became vulnerable to my thoughts which left my cells to respond to the balance of those thoughts. In other words the signal I was giving to my cells was of ill-health. Negative thoughts that are focused on can only bring negative conditions.

This is the pattern that arises when we listen to someone talk constantly of ill-health.

  • If we listen to it day after day our subconscious takes these thoughts in.

  • The Law of Attraction matches each thought that you have.

  • We then see it on television in magazines and everywhere because we attract more thoughts and what we believe is proof of these untrue thoughts.

  • We find that it then becomes a dominant thought.

  • We cannot get this thought from our mind.

  • We now have entered the dangerous place of possibly attracting this illness.

  • We then have a long and sometimes arduous journey of changing our thoughts and leaving those negative thoughts behind.

We Have to be on Guard to all Negative Thoughts of Illness Before they Build some Momentum.

What most of us do is place complete truth over the diagnosis. We have been taught to do this since we were children. We believed everything that the doctor told us. This is where we invite illness into our experience. I want to show you an experience that most mom’s, including myself, have encountered at some time with their child that gives some validity to what I am saying. The Power of Thought in Children

This is how powerful thought is: We tell our children, from as soon as they are able to discern what we are saying, that when they are sick they need to see a doctor. They don’t understand what doctors really are only that the doctor can make them well again. And so quite a lot of the time when you take the child to see the doctor the child will suddenly perk up (in the office before they have seen the doctor). Where as they had a very high temperature previously their temperature will drop, in some cases the child makes a speedy recovery. I remember the women I use to work with telling me how their child was so sick, maybe they had kept them up all night, but as soon as they were in the doctors office they would be running around with all kinds of energy which made “mom” look like she had over-reacted. For the child the idea of the doctor presents wellness, without the actual medicine. It is when they understand that doctors and medicine go together that it changes. However, some adults also feel relief at the doctors office even before they have actually seen the doctor.

This is verification of how the mind works. This is why it is so easy to invite illness into our experiences. Unlike children we have had many years of belief in conventional medicine. I don’t think badly of doctors most doctors including my own, who I had for thirty and more years, was a wonderful person. The rheumatologist I had also is absolutely wonderful with a sunny spirit. She actually made me feel good when she walked through the door, that is what sort of a positive presence she gives. Mostly they are all doing what they have been trained to do—that is to find some sort of complication and then a solution if there is one. But I have learned for myself that focus thought which they have when they look for something that as gone wrong in a body will materialize, and as done. And once they have found something they often send us to another doctor who will take on even more focus on what is found, while the first doctor moves to the next patient. It’s like being part of the relay team in a race they pass on the baton to the next team member while we stand and watch.

Our body is responding to our thoughts ceaselessly. Which tells us that we have complete control over our bodily conditions. If you have been diagnosed with a condition that seems to be incurable think of the people that left their hospital beds and like them change your thoughts around to better feeling thoughts. Those people including my dear friend believed that they had nothing to lose. They decided to live the rest of their lives in happiness. At that moment they chose to live again and they did. This is how the universe works…to be continued.
